Refund and Returns Policy
At Stick Defender, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
The cost of shipping for returned items is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or defective. In this case, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
Please note that personalized or custom items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
